This is my first 1000 pieces puzzle this year.
I simply haven’t had the courage to start a larger puzzle.
I’ve been down when it came to puzzles. I’ve made some 500 pieces, though, which have turned out fine.
I have been very eager to do one thing after another. I have felt too competitive and it has drained my energy in relation to puzzles. This is partly because I have followed puzzlers on Instagram and had to admit that I could not live up to that. Besides that, it is not worth the few likes that you get.
The Christmas holidays where I had 3 weeks without a puzzle did me good, so from now on I will only do them on my terms and at the pace I can keep up, so I do not lose interest in doing a puzzle.
This upcoming project is a completely new puzzle that I haven’t made before.
