Repeat after me

I (my name short) Don’t, Don’t ever buy GALISON puzzle anymore. Repeat that sentence over and over again.

This is the second time I have put together – or tried to put together – a Galison puzzle.
The first time a rather important piece was missing – right in the middle of an otherwise very nice puzzle.
This time it was a winter scene puzzle that was missing 3 edge pieces. The puzzle is brand new – just opened and sorted. I really feel like my time was completely wasted. I can’t even send it for recycling, but just have to throw it away – a waste of energy and not least money.

In addition to that, Galison puzzles have become so poor. The pieces are very thin and don’t fit together properly. Many of the pieces are damaged, due to the machine that makes them into pieces.
And I read that Galison puzzles are now manufactured in China.
