I’m really stressed by the heat we have at the moment.
So things aren’t going according to plan – with the Christmas puzzle. I’ve chosen to “throw away” the first two I made – because I suddenly didn’t think they fit the picture I had in mind.
I’ve therefore made a new plan. There will be 4 Christmas puzzles. 1 for each Sunday in Advent. The only thing I want to reveal is that it will be the same brand – Cobble Hill. I’ve always loved Cobble Hill and the ones I had in stock, I’ll get made this July – the other two are on the way. I’ll make those as I go. There will be 3 of 1000 pieces and one with 350 pieces. What they all have in common – is that they are drawn by the same artist – and in the vintage style I love so much. Besides that, they are less Christmassy, which also suits me well.
I’m really looking forward to the two new puzzles coming.
I am in the process of investing in a puzzle folder – so I can store the puzzles I want to hang up. By changing them around a bit – I can then have the puzzles hanging in the same frame, where I switch between them. This way I can have seasonal puzzles hanging in the same place.
Fortunately, cooler weather is on the way and hopefully some rain, because everything around is wilted and has turned brownish.
So I am looking forward to the cooler weather next week, so I can get more done.
Here’s a little sneak peak:
